Coastal Sunset Collective was born from a simple belief: the most beautiful memories are made where the sand meets the sky. We design intimate, design-forward beach experiences that turn an ordinary evening into something you'll talk about for years.
From the hand-styled tables to the soft glow of lanterns as the sun dips below the horizon, every detail is considered, sourced, and set with care — so all you have to do is arrive, sit back, and watch the colors change.
Just the Two of You
Some evenings ask for nothing more than each other.
Forty-five minutes before the sun touches the water, and forty-five minutes after, we shape a quiet corner of the shore just for you. Layered blankets soft underfoot, plush pillows to sink into, lantern glow as the light fades — no table between you, no distractions, only the sky changing color and the slow hush of the surf.
It's a proposal in waiting. A first anniversary. A Tuesday that deserved more. An hour and a half to put your phones down, lean into each other, and remember why this person is the one you chose.

All experiences include setup, styling & pack-down. Bring your own food & beverages, or add catering, grazing boards & non-alcoholic drink service for a fee. Touches like photography & live music can be arranged as bespoke add-ons — just ask. Larger parties & fully custom designs available on request.

Mahjong Night
Gather your friends for a mahjong night where the shoreline meets the shuffle of tiles. We set the scene — a low styled table for four players, plush floor cushions, soft lantern glow, and our own mahjong mat and tiles ready to play. Bring your own snacks & drinks, or add a grazing board and non-alcoholic drink service to graze between rounds.
It's the classic game, reimagined at the water's edge, just as the sky turns gold. Bring your group; we'll bring the magic.
As the evenings grow cooler, we're bringing the glow ashore. Picture a crackling beach bonfire, the sky deepening over the water, and an artisanal s'mores experience — gourmet chocolates, hand-crafted marshmallows, and thoughtful little touches that elevate a classic into something unforgettable.

We recommend booking at least two weeks ahead to secure your preferred date and time, especially for weekend sunsets and peak season. That said, reach out anytime — we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute magic.

Coastal skies have a mind of their own — and a little cloud cover often makes for the most breathtaking sunsets, so a less-than-clear sky is part of the magic. Rescheduling is reserved for genuine inclement weather, such as storms, heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions. In those cases we'll happily move your experience to another date at no charge, and if it can't be rescheduled, you'll receive a full refund.
Our experiences are styling-first, so you're welcome to bring your own food and beverages — including your favorite bottle of wine or bubbly — to enjoy at your setup. Prefer us to handle refreshments? Grazing boards, catering, and non-alcoholic drink service are available as add-ons for a fee. Please note we don't supply alcohol, but you're always welcome to bring your own.
